Sports organisations can easily mail and send their own customised examination forms to the platform.
Forms are tailored to meet the specific requirements of each sport (e.g., strength tests for rugby, agility tests for basketball, flexibility for gymnastics).
During consultations, doctors will receive the specific sport-related forms tailored for each athlete. The doctor can fill out the form in real-time, assessing and noting any concerns directly during the consultation.
After consultation, the completed form is saved and can be shared with coaches or teams, providing immediate feedback on whether an athlete is fit to compete or needs further treatment.

Medical organisations' systems will integrate with the sports organisation’s platform to allow athletes to share their consultation outcomes (e.g., consultation status, injury details, Fit to Compete, Not Fit to Compete) directly with their respective teams or coaches.
Sports organisations can track an athlete’s health and fitness status in real time, ensuring they are fit to compete or requiring further medical attention before participation.
Real-time Code Validation: As the athlete types in the participation code, the system can check and validate the code against the organization's database to provide immediate feedback.
Integration with Athlete Profile: The participation code links the athlete’s profile, ensuring they can view their history, results, and future consultations in one place.
Dynamic Fit Status Updates: After a consultation is uploaded by doctor, the system should automatically update the athlete's status and provide FTC or NFTC.

Efficiency: Streamline the process of sending and managing forms across multiple athletes and consultations.
Comprehensive Tracking: Ensure athletes’ health is tracked across all key areas of their sport, from fitness to injury history.
Real-Time Consultation Feedback: Doctors have instant access to tailored forms and can provide actionable feedback to both athletes and teams.
Data-Driven Decisions: Make informed decisions based on detailed health reports that reflect an athlete's readiness to compete.
