Fit to Compete (FTC): Marks the athlete as fit for sports activities.
Not Fit to Compete (NFTC): Flags the athlete as not cleared for sports due to health concerns.
This section provides clarity on the athlete’s current health status and allows for quick updates.
Additional Comments
A text field is available for doctors to input detailed observations, recommendations, or follow-up requirements based on the examination.
Save Examination
Once the review is completed, medical professionals can save the findings for future reference or sharing with authorized personnel.
