Athlete Account Settings Guide

This guide explains how athletes can manage their account settings on the Olymedic platform. Learn how to update personal details, manage invoices, and secure your account.

Accessing Account Settings


  1. From the Dashboard, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.

  3. You’ll see four sections: Profile, Personal Information, Invoices, and Login & Security.

1. Profile


  • View and edit your public profile.

  • Update your profile picture (supported formats: .png, .jpeg, .gif up to 4MB).

  • Ensure your profile is visible to authorised organisation admins and doctors by toggling the Profile Visibility option.

2. Personal Information


  • Edit Basic Information:

    • Name, surname, and email address.

    • Date of birth and gender for tailored health insights.

    • Emergency contact details for safety purposes.

  • Update Mobile Number:

    • Add or change your mobile number.

    • Verify it by entering the 6-digit code sent to your phone.

    • Use the Resend Code option if you don’t receive the SMS.

3. Invoices


  • View and manage your invoices for consultations and services:

    • Each invoice shows the consultation date, doctor, and total amount.

    • Click View on any invoice to see detailed information.

  • Ensure all payments are up to date to maintain your access to services.

4. Login & Security


  • Update Password:

    • Click Edit under the Password section to change your login credentials.

  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

    • Add an extra layer of security by enabling 2FA.

    • Use the recovery codes provided to regain access if necessary.

  • Delete Account:

    • Permanently delete your account by clicking Delete your account. All data will be securely erased.
