Doctor Profile Settings

The Doctor Profile Settings page allows doctors to manage their professional details, available working hours, and areas of specialization. It ensures a comprehensive and professional representation of the doctor's profile within the Olymedic system. Here’s an overview of the features and functionalities:

1. GMC Reference Number

  • Editable Field: Doctors can add or update their GMC (General Medical Council) reference number for verification and compliance purposes.

  • This reference ensures the authenticity of the medical professional within the system.


2. Medical Specialties

  • Editable Field: Doctors can specify their areas of expertise, such as Neurology, Surgery, Immunology, etc.

  • This information allows athletes and organizations to match with suitable professionals based on specific medical needs.


3. Available Times

  • Flexible Schedule Management: Doctors can configure their working hours for each day of the week.

  • Add Breaks Option: Allows inclusion of breaks during working hours for more accurate scheduling.

  • Editable Status: Days can be marked as "Closed" if the doctor is unavailable.

  • Once saved, the updated schedule is reflected in the appointment booking system.


4. Integration with Clinic Dashboard

  • The working hours set in the Doctor Profile Settings are also synced with the Clinic Dashboard to ensure cohesive scheduling.

How to Use Clinic Settings

  1. Navigate to the Clinic Settings from the dashboard or drawer menu.

    1. From the dashboard, navigate to the Sidebar.

    2. Expand the Account section in the sidebar.

    3. Select Clinic Settings to access the settings page.

  2. Select Clinic Informations to:

    • Update the clinic’s name or description.

    • Verify the contact email or update the phone number.

    • Edit or add a clinic address using the integrated map.

  3. Use the Upload Image feature to personalize the clinic's profile picture.

How to Access:


  1. Navigate to the Doctor Profile Settings from the Account section in the sidebar menu.

  2. Update details as needed and click Save to ensure changes are reflected.

This interface simplifies professional management for doctors, ensuring they can provide streamlined services to their patients while maintaining flexibility.
