How to Delete an Account
This guide walks you through the process of securely deleting your Olymedic account. Please note that account deletion is permanent, and all your data will be erased from our platform. This action cannot be undone.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Log In to Your Account
Navigate to the Olymedic platform and sign in using your credentials.
Access Account Settings
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to the Login & Security Section
Within Account Settings, locate and click on Login & Security.
Locate the Delete Account Option
Scroll to the bottom of the Login & Security page.
Find the Delete Account section.
Initiate Account Deletion
Click on the red Delete Your Account link.
Confirm Your Decision
You will be prompted to confirm your action. Read the warning message carefully.
Enter your password and click Confirm to proceed.
Final Confirmation
A final confirmation screen will appear. If you are sure, select Delete Account to complete the process.
What Happens Next?
Data Deletion: Once confirmed, your data will be permanently removed from the Olymedic database. This includes all your medical records, consultations, and account information.
Access Restriction: You will no longer be able to log in or recover your account.
