Managing Documents and Imaging

The Documents & Imaging feature on Olymedic allows you to upload, organize, and view essential medical records such as imaging results, blood tests, and other critical documentation.

Uploading a New Document


To ensure your medical records are up to date, you can upload documents directly through Olymedic.


Steps to Upload:

  1. Access Documents & Imaging:

    • Navigate to Dashboard > Documents & Imaging.

    • Click on Upload New in the top-right corner.

  2. Enter Document Details:

    • Provide a Document Name in the relevant field.

    • Select a Document Type from the dropdown menu (e.g., ECG, MRI, Blood Count).

    • Click on Choose File to upload the document (Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, DOCX, PDF; Maximum file size: 25 MB).

    • Add any Additional Information if necessary.

  3. Save Document:

    • Click the Save button to upload your document successfully.

Viewing Uploaded Documents


You can view all uploaded documents organized by type.


  1. Navigate to Documents & Imaging:

    • Go to Dashboard > Documents & Imaging.

    • Use the category tabs (e.g., ECG, CT, Blood Count) at the top of the page to filter records by type.

  2. View Document Details:

    • Each uploaded document is displayed as a card with:

      • Document Type

      • Upload Date and Time

      • Uploaded By (e.g., Doctor's Name)

    • To view a document's full details, click the three-dot menu on the card and select View.

Managing Documents


You can perform the following actions on uploaded documents:


  1. Edit Document Information:

    • Click the three-dot menu on the card and select Edit.

    • Update the document details as required.

  2. Delete a Document:

    • To remove an outdated or incorrect document:

      • Click the three-dot menu on the card.

      • Select Delete.

      • Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Supported File Types: Ensure documents are in JPEG, PNG, DOCX, or PDF format, with a maximum file size of 25 MB.Organization: Use the filter categories at the top of the page to quickly find specific document types.
