This guide walks you through how to add, view, and manage your allergies, medications, and vaccinations using the Olymedic platform. These features help ensure the safety and effectiveness of your medical care and sports training compliance.

Managing Allergies


Allergies are vital to document for safe nutrition and training adjustments, preventing adverse reactions.


Adding a New Allergy


  1. Access Allergy Settings:

    • Navigate to Dashboard > Medical History > Allergies.

    • Click Add New.

  2. Input Allergy Details:

    • Fill in the fields:

      • Allergy Name: Specify the allergen (e.g., "Peanuts").

      • Additional Information: Add any relevant notes (e.g., "Severe reaction requiring epinephrine").

  3. Save the Allergy:

    • Click Save to store the information.


Viewing and Managing Allergies


  1. Access the Allergies Page:

    • Go to Dashboard > Medical History > Allergies.

  2. Review Allergy Records:

    • View allergies listed as cards showing:

      • Allergy name

      • Created and updated dates

  3. Manage Allergy Records:

    • Use the options (three dots on each card) to:

      • Edit: Update allergy details.

      • Delete: Remove the allergy record.

Managing Medications


Keep track of your medication history for proper treatment and medical documentation.

Adding a New Medication


  1. Access Medication Settings:

    • Navigate to Dashboard > Medical History > Medications.

    • Click Add New.

  2. Enter Medication Details:

    • Fill in the fields:

      • Drug Type: Select the category (e.g., "Antibiotic").

      • Drug Name: Enter the medication name (e.g., "Amoxicillin").

      • Duration: Specify the treatment period in days.

      • Dosage: Include any usage instructions (e.g., "Take with food").

  3. Save the Medication:

    • Click Save to add the medication record.

      • Created by and updated dates
