  3. New Consultation Creation Initiate consultations directly from the Patients page. By clicking the menu (•••) beside a patient’s name, you can start a new consultation seamlessly.

Step-by-Step Guide


  1. Accessing the Patients Section Navigate to the Patients tab from the main dashboard. This will display all registered patients under your organisation.

  1. Searching for a Patient Use the search bar to quickly find a patient. You can type their name, email address, or contact number.

  1. Starting a New Consultation

  • Locate the patient you want to consult with.

  • Click the three-dot menu (•••) next to their profile.

  • Select “New Consultation” to begin the process.
