User Manual for Medical Professionals
Welcome to Olymedic! This guide is designed to help medical professionals set up their profiles and start using the platform for managing consultations, appointments, and athlete health records.
Step 1: Choose Your Role
Navigate to the onboarding page.
Select "For Doctors and Clinics".
This role allows you to create a professional profile and manage athlete consultations effectively.
Step 2: Set Up Your Medical Professional Profile
Profile Picture:
Upload a profile picture that represents your clinic or yourself.
Supported formats:
.png
,.jpeg
,.gif
(up to 2MB).Recommended size: 256x256px.
Clinic Information:
Clinic Name: Enter the name of your clinic, e.g., "Maya Clinic Co."
Clinic Description: Provide details about your clinic's services and mission.
Example: "We utilize the latest medical technologies to ensure optimal health for athletes."
Contact Details:
Email Address: Add a valid email for administrative purposes or patient inquiries.
Phone Number: Provide your clinic’s contact number for coordination.
Address:
Enter your clinic's address manually or use the map feature to select the location.
GMC Reference Number (Optional):
If applicable, provide your General Medical Council (GMC) registration number for verification.
Medical Specialties:
Select the areas of expertise your clinic covers, such as sports medicine, orthopedics, or rehabilitation.
Save and Review:
Review all entered details for accuracy and completeness.
Click Publish to activate your profile. Note: If you exit or skip, unsaved data will be lost.
Step 3: Finalize and Begin
Once your profile is set up, you will see a confirmation screen highlighting the platform’s key features:
Offer athlete/patient appointments.
Conduct examinations and consultations.
Manage your own fees and earn revenue from medical services.
Collaborate seamlessly with sports organizations and athletes.
Click Complete to finalize your onboarding and begin using Olymedic.
Notes:
Skipping Steps: If you choose to skip any step, the information will not be saved, and the process must be restarted.
Support: For further assistance, use the Support button or refer to the Knowledge Base on the platform.
By following this guide, athletes can efficiently schedule, view, and manage appointments, ensuring a smooth experience for both parties.
