User Manual for Sports Organisations
Welcome to Olymedic! This guide will help sports organisations set up their workspace in just three simple steps. Follow the instructions below to start managing your organisation and athletes efficiently.
Step 1: Choose Your Role,
Visit the onboarding page.
Select "For Sport Organisations" from the available role options.
This role is tailored for organisations managing athlete compliance and health monitoring.
Step 2: Set Up Your Organisation
Profile Picture:
Upload a profile picture for your organisation.
Supported formats:
.png,.jpeg,.gif(up to 2MB).Recommended size: 256x256px.
organisation Information:
organisation Name: Enter your organisation’s name, e.g., "Tottenham Hotspur F.C."
organisation Description: Provide key information about your organisation (optional).
Contact Details:
Email Address: Add a valid email for administrative communication.
Phone Number: Input your contact number for official use.
Sports Managed:
Select the sports your organisation participates in, such as Football or Obstacle Course Racing.
Address:
Enter your address manually or use the map feature to select your location.
Review and Save:
Confirm the details by clicking Next. You can always go back and edit before finalizing.
Step 3: Finalize Your Setup in Beta
After filling out your organisation details, you will see the Beta Access Screen:
Key features include:
Create and update your organisation.
Add, delete, or edit members and staff (registrars and athletes).
Find a doctor for athlete consultations.
Monitor athletes’ medical statuses.
Support for up to 50 members during the beta period.
Click Complete to finish the setup process.
Notes:
Skip or Save: If you exit the onboarding process before completing, unsaved information will be lost.
Support: For assistance, use the Support button on the onboarding screen
