Forgot Password and Resetting Your Password

This guide provides a clear step-by-step explanation of how to reset your password when you need.

1. Reset Password (If Necessary)


  1. Go to the Login Page

    • Open the Olymedic app or website and navigate to the Login page.

    • Click the Forgot Password? link below the password field.


  2. Input Email Address

    • On the Forgot Password screen, enter the email address associated with your Olymedic account.

    • Double-check for accuracy before proceeding.

    • Click Send to send a password reset request to your email address.


  3. Check Your Inbox

    • Open your email inbox and locate the email from Olymedic containing your password reset code.

    • If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

    • Copy the 6-digit reset code provided in the email.


  4. Confirm Reset Code

    • Navigate back to the Olymedic app or website where you initiated the reset.

    • Enter the 6-digit reset code into the designated field.

    • Click Confirm to confirm the reset code and proceed to the password reset form.


  5. Input New Password

    • Enter a new password that complies with Olymedic's password policy:

      • At least 8 characters long.

      • Includes uppercase and lowercase letters.

      • Contains at least one number.

      • Includes a special character (e.g., !, @, #, $).

    • Re-enter the new password in the confirmation field to ensure they match.

    • Click Reset Password to save your new password.

    • You will see a message once the reset is successful.

2. Log In with Your New Password


  1. Return to the Login Page

    • Use your email address and newly created password to log in to your Olymedic account.


  2. Enable Security Features

    • If not already active, enable Two-Factor Authentication for enhanced security.
