Forgot Password and Resetting Your Password
This guide provides a clear step-by-step explanation of how to reset your password when you need.
1. Reset Password (If Necessary)
Go to the Login Page
Open the Olymedic app or website and navigate to the Login page.
Click the Forgot Password? link below the password field.
Input Email Address
On the Forgot Password screen, enter the email address associated with your Olymedic account.
Double-check for accuracy before proceeding.
Click Send to send a password reset request to your email address.
Check Your Inbox
Open your email inbox and locate the email from Olymedic containing your password reset code.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Copy the 6-digit reset code provided in the email.
Confirm Reset Code
Navigate back to the Olymedic app or website where you initiated the reset.
Enter the 6-digit reset code into the designated field.
Click Confirm to confirm the reset code and proceed to the password reset form.
Input New Password
Enter a new password that complies with Olymedic's password policy:
At least 8 characters long.
Includes uppercase and lowercase letters.
Contains at least one number.
Includes a special character (e.g., !, @, #, $).
Re-enter the new password in the confirmation field to ensure they match.
Click Reset Password to save your new password.
You will see a message once the reset is successful.
2. Log In with Your New Password
Return to the Login Page
Use your email address and newly created password to log in to your Olymedic account.
Enable Security Features
If not already active, enable Two-Factor Authentication for enhanced security.
By following this guide, you can get a new password and continue manage your medical records on Olymedic.
